Okay writing honest customer review - I went for first time and choose the 38 rm promo hair growth package instead of 280 rm scalp treatment, and I appreciate that they still serve me well like I've purchased an expensive one. No hard sell. Usually one person one room that you have a private space.
Can't comment on how effective the treatment was bc I only had one time, hair grow is something that you only see result for long term investment. I overall appreciate the service today. Also they reply rapidly through whatsapp!

Found on google map and tried. I saw many good reviews as well as they have promotion currently. Appointment managing is good. I did not have to wait. Cannot just walk-in as it will take around 2 hours for each person. Consultant was very patient and explained well. They will do the scalp scan first, then will consult with you which is best suited. My consultant recommended me some options based on my scalp scan result. After all the procedures, she did the scalp scan again to show the improvement. And yes, it did improved well. At first, I went there for promo hair loss treatment, 79 RM. But I also took the scalp treatment, 280 RM. The 79 RM package includes 2nd time treatment and no expiry for it. For the scalp treatment, they have package for 2 times + gift shampoo for 588 RM. They gave free hair care trial kit; shampoo 50 ml and hair lotion 30 ml. You can buy them seperately. Shampoo around 84 RM for 250 ml bottle. Hair lotion is 148 RM for just 100 ml. I think it is quite costy. Haven’t tried by my own yet. Overall, all okay; staff are friendly and patient.
